Is Belief in the Bible Tantamount to Belief in God?

On the second day of our meeting, I asked Brother Yang, “Brother, through our last meeting and fellowship, I came to understand that Paul’s assertion that, ‘All scripture is given by inspiration of God’ is not in keeping with the facts. The Bible contains God’s word, but it also contains the words of people—not everything in the Bible is given by inspiration of God. However, there is one point I’m still confused about. Our pastors often said to us, ‘The Bible is the foundation of Christian faith. The Bible represents God, and only abiding by the Bible constitutes belief in God.
